Job Summary

This role involves spearheading the development of innovative steel materials and process technologies, from initial lab-phase concepts to industrial-scale production. The successful candidate will independently manage development projects within interdisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with production, technical customer support, sales, and clients. A key responsibility will be analyzing the relationships between process parameters and material-specific properties to optimize solutions. Required Skills
