Job Summary

As a Data Platform Engineer specializing in Data Governance and Data Quality, you will be instrumental in ensuring reliable and high-quality data within a cloud-based data platform. You will develop and implement technical solutions for data quality and integrity, utilizing a modern tech stack including Azure, Snowflake, Informatica CDI, dbt, and Power BI. Your daily tasks will involve implementing automated data validation, profiling, and monitoring processes, acting as a technical partner for the Product Owner, and developing Data Quality Rules integrated into data pipelines. This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the data strategy of a forward-thinking energy utility company, contribute to establishing an enterprise-wide understanding of data quality and governance, and continuously develop through training and certifications, all within a collaborative and innovative team.
