Job Summary
This role involves coordinating, executing, and advancing controlling and reporting for social services, specifically in youth and family support (SGB VIII) and advance maintenance payments (UVG). The specialist will be responsible for generating, preparing, and analyzing data from specialized systems like SoPart and SAP to ensure data validity and produce comprehensive financial and performance reports. This position offers the opportunity to provide crucial steering support to product group and area managers, as well as youth welfare and social center managements, ensuring robust controlling results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business administration, IT, sociology, or public administration, coupled with significant experience in public administration and excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technologies, Sociology, Public Administration, or a comparable qualification; OR qualification for the first entry-level position of career group 2 in General Services.
