Job Summary
This role involves serving as a Personnel Management Specialist within the Bremen Job Center, handling complex HR processes based on federal and state legal frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all administrative and legal matters within the personnel department, including preparing and implementing personnel policy measures, and managing documentation and evaluation processes. A key component of the job is providing consultation and information on personnel development and recruitment to management, internal departments, and employee representatives. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, particularly in dealing with diverging interests, as well as expertise in personnel representation law. This is a temporary position, initially for up to six months, with the possibility of permanent employment afterward, offering flexible working hours and comprehensive professional development opportunities.
Required Skills
Education
Qualification for the first entry level of career group 2 in General Services, or comparable qualifications (e.g., Diploma/BA in Administration, Business Administration, Social Administration, Administrative Economics, Business Economist, or Law degree)
Experience
- Knowledge and experience in personnel representation law
- Professional experience in personnel administration (desirable)
- Knowledge of the organizational structure and processes of the Bremen Job Center

- This position is initially limited to a maximum of six months, starting December 2, 2025, to cover the absence of the permanent post holder. Applicants must submit a current job reference or assessment (not older than one year).
