Job Summary

This role involves the operation, support, and continuous development of the Geodata Infrastructure (GDI) for the Hessian Police, focusing on command and control systems, operations centers, and control rooms. The specialist will be responsible for the technical planning and coordination of project goals with stakeholders, as well as leading and coordinating technical project teams. Key responsibilities include providing second-level support for the GDI, advising technical users, and applying ITIL, testing, and project management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in geoinformatics, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a desire to contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions within a critical public safety environment. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Geoinformatics or a comparable field of study

Experience

  • Project experience in an IT environment
