Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated professional passionate about simplifying complex IT challenges and ensuring the German Federal Police and other security authorities are equipped with cutting-edge, secure information and communication technology. The specialist will coordinate requirements management for voice and data communication, particularly focusing on digital radio (Digitalfunk). Responsibilities include continuous market analysis for technical solutions, technical support for procurement processes, and comprehensive coordination of system implementation, often in a project-based format. This position involves conceptual work, project participation, and collaboration with external companies, consultants, and other federal and state authorities, ensuring the operational readiness of digital radio systems for all security organizations. The role also contributes to leadership and personnel management within the department, coordinating teams, and representing the Federal Police in relevant working groups.
