This role is for an IT Service Specialist who will ensure the smooth operation of IT services, both remotely and on-site. The specialist will act as a central point of contact for dispatching, prioritizing tickets, and coordinating technician deployments. Key responsibilities include monitoring Service Level Agreements, maintaining documentation in ticket systems, and keeping stakeholders informed. On-site, the specialist will diagnose hardware faults, replace defective devices, and perform basic software installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong service-oriented approach, act independently, and maintain composure in stressful situations. Education
Completed IT-related training (e.g., IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification
Experience
