Job Summary

As an IT System Administrator in Erding, you will be the primary point of contact for users, providing 1st level support for Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook and Teams. Your daily tasks will include efficiently processing and documenting IT requests in the internal ticketing system, administering and monitoring mobile devices using MDM systems, and actively participating in the installation, maintenance, and care of all IT equipment. You will also manage the entire backup process using Veeam Backup & Replication and collaborate closely with 2nd level IT experts for solution finding.
