Job Summary

This role is for a Cisco Network Technician at an IT services and solutions provider in Nuremberg, focusing on managed services, IT infrastructure, and system integration. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and managing network management systems, administering Cisco routing and switching systems, implementing and supporting copper and fiber-based access technology, resolving incidents via a ticketing system, and actively participating in network projects. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in IT, possess experience in the network field with Cisco and TCP/IP, and ideally hold a CCNA certification. The position requires willingness to work in a shift model (5-day week, alternating shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM) and good German language skills.
