Job Summary

This senior role focuses on the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of European logistics processes, ensuring stability and scalability across distribution centers, delivery management, and export activities. The Business Process Owner acts as the critical bridge between business stakeholders (brands, subsidiaries, operations) and IT/SAP teams, translating complex business needs into functional specifications. Key responsibilities include implementing process governance, coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing go-lives, and creating comprehensive documentation and training materials. Candidates must possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SD/MM and eWM modules, coupled with strong analytical skills and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain or WM systems. This position offers a dynamic environment within the world's largest watchmaker, requiring excellent organizational skills and assertive stakeholder management.
