Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth and secure operation of high and medium voltage power grids for a leading regional distribution network operator in Eastern Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing grid operations, executing switching operations for planned network activities, and coordinating rapid restoration efforts during outages. A key aspect of the role is maintaining voltage stability, even with a high proportion of decentralized feeds, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a willingness to work in a 3-shift system with regular on-call duty, following a comprehensive 12-month training period.
