As a Planning Manager for Control and Safety Technology, you will be instrumental in modernizing and digitizing Germany's rail network. You'll lead the planning efforts for large-scale projects, focusing on the renewal of control and safety systems for Deutsche Bahn. Your role involves independently calculating costs for all planning disciplines during the bidding phase, acting as a key consultant to clients, and bridging the gap between planning and implementation phases according to HOAI. You will lead and oversee internal and external planning teams, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance. This position also entails acting as a quality inspector and authorized construction submitter, coordinating with operators and experts, and facilitating approvals for construction measures with the Federal Railway Authority.
