Job Summary

This role is for a Junior IT Support Technician to join a leading global IT service provider, supporting large enterprises and the public sector in Wiesbaden. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for installing and configuring machines according to standard specifications, managing assets, and maintaining databases. Key tasks include creating machine accounts and assigning passwords in Active Directory, handling client issuance and returns, and setting up/dismantling hardware at workstations.
