Job Summary
The Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent technical support and customer-oriented solutions for laboratory equipment. Day-to-day tasks include performing initial measurements, fault analyses, and repairs on laboratory devices, as well as adjusting and calibrating them and creating corresponding certificates. The role also involves documenting work in an ERP system, communicating with end-customers and service partners, and generating quotes and service-related reports. This position offers a meaningful role within an innovative, collaborative environment, contributing to scientific breakthroughs. It requires a technical background in electrical engineering or mechanics, ideally with further technician or master craftsman qualifications, and offers comprehensive training.
