Job Summary
Join FERCHAU as a PLC Programmer to drive innovation in IT and engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and programming automation solutions and systems for special-purpose machinery, including machine motion tasks. You'll utilize SIMATIC S7/TIA-Portal for PLC programming of machines and systems, integrating visualization/HMI and PC units with network technology. Key responsibilities also include designing control and drive systems, selecting electronic components, and overseeing machine tests and international commissioning. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a certified Technician qualification.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in automation technology and special-purpose machine construction
- Experience in PLC programming

- Occasional willingness to travel for commissioning at international customer sites.
