Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure for large enterprises and public sector clients. Your daily tasks will involve performing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) activities, setting up and configuring PCs, notebooks, and printers, and supporting IT workstation relocations and rollouts. You will also provide essential onsite and user support for client-side technical issues and meticulously document all activities within the ticketing system.
