Job Summary

As a PMO Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing IT project management processes within a leading industrial sensor and automation technology provider. Your daily responsibilities will involve contributing to the development and continuous improvement of global IT project management standards, methods, and best practices. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processes in demand, resource, portfolio, and project management, ensuring their successful implementation and integration into the ITSM platform. This role requires defining, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs, preparing steering committees, and ensuring governance standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders in an international environment, driving efficiency and maturity in project management.
