Job Summary

This role seeks a strategic PMO Lead to drive the maturity and efficiency of IT Portfolio and Project Management processes for a leading global provider of industrial sensor and automation technology based in Fulda. The PMO Lead is responsible for the end-to-end processes covering Demand, Resource, Portfolio, and Project Management, ensuring their successful integration into the ITSM platform. Key daily activities include developing and continuously improving global IT project management standards, defining and monitoring KPIs, preparing steering committees, and ensuring governance standards are met. The position requires a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration, combined with several years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a leadership capacity. Success depends on strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and fluency in both German and English for effective international collaboration.
