The successful candidate will primarily support a nationwide IT user base, focusing on 1st and 2nd level support for approximately 2000 Windows clients (Windows 10) and Google applications. Key responsibilities include handling incidents and requests, providing application support for Microsoft and Office 365, managing Cisco VoIP, and performing central software distribution.
