Job Summary
This role is for a service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join an innovative company in the creative industry. You will be the primary point of contact for internal users, providing 1st and 2nd level support both remotely and on-site. Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining workstations (hardware, software, network access), managing user accounts and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, assisting with IT system rollouts and updates, and documenting incidents in a ticketing system.
