Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to join a renowned company with a modern IT landscape across multiple German locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and operation of internal IT services, providing 2nd and 3rd level support, and coordinating external service providers. Key responsibilities include maintaining the internal knowledge base, creating documentation, and performing on-call duties for go-live events and off-hours maintenance. The position requires strong technical skills in Microsoft environments and ideally in Linux/Unix, networking, or storage solutions, along with a structured and service-oriented approach. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Munich North, offering a real work-life balance and flexible working hours.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT-related vocational training or equivalent IT knowledge for career changers
Experience
- Professional experience in internal IT service administration and operations
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd level IT support
- Experience coordinating external service providers
- Experience with on-call duties and off-hours maintenance
