Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join a global team, playing a critical part in defining, developing, and delivering clinical programs. The CRA will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management, conducting remote and on-site visits to ensure compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include risk-based monitoring, data accuracy verification, investigational product assessment, and detailed documentation. The position offers the flexibility of being fully home-based, office-based in Munich or Karlsruhe, or hybrid, with permanent full-time or 80% FTE options.
