Job Summary

This role involves significant responsibility for coordinating stakeholders in large-scale and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, acting as a crucial interface for public authorities, municipalities, construction companies, and external engineering firms. The expert will also be responsible for the central strategic contract management of planning, construction, operational services, and maintenance, including the deployment of third parties. A key focus will be on the fundamental processing of PPP contracts, alongside the contractual settlement, billing, and support of engineering and consulting agreements.
