Job Summary

We are seeking a highly engaged and technically proficient Team Lead for Operations and Traffic Technology to join the Information Technology and Security Center (FIT) in Oyten. This leadership role involves taking technical responsibility for the steering, coordination, and strategic development of all goals and processes within the specialist group. Day-to-day duties include managing personnel deployment, prioritizing operational tasks, coordinating the use of specialized vehicles and equipment, and overseeing internal reporting structures. The successful candidate will also monitor construction and infrastructure measures related to traffic technology, prepare technical acceptances, and design tenders for external services. A crucial element of the job is the continuous optimization and administration of existing documentation, databases, and management systems. Candidates must hold a qualification as a state-certified Electrical Engineer or equivalent, possess deep knowledge of IT, communications, operations, and traffic technology, and be medically fit for tasks involving heights and specific visual requirements.
