Job Summary

The University City of Marburg is seeking a Building Services Engineer or Certified Technician to join its High-Rise Construction department. This role involves working as part of a project team, independently managing specialized planning and/or client representation for external offices in new construction or renovation projects. A key focus will be on integrating climate protection, energy efficiency, and economic viability into all planning and construction management. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead the Energy Management team, developing energy concepts for municipal properties and initiating efficiency measures. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an opportunity to contribute significantly to Marburg's climate action plan and goal of climate neutrality by 2030, in a supportive team environment with opportunities for professional development.

University degree (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) in Building Services Engineering (specializing in Heating, Ventilation, Plumbing) or equivalent, OR certified technician qualification (specializing in Heating, Ventilation, Plumbing) or equivalent
