Job Summary
This Senior IT Support Specialist role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance and system administration for a leading German engineering and IT service provider. Day-to-day, you will handle customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, manage and monitor diverse IT technologies including servers, clients, storage, network, and firewalls, and administer Windows and Linux systems. Key qualifications include an IT education or equivalent, at least 3 years of support experience, particularly with Microsoft environments and Office 365, and strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
