Job Summary
This role is for a scientifically qualified individual with a strong interest in instrumental analytics, method development, and quality-assured work within chemical laboratories. The successful candidate will independently operate, troubleshoot, and maintain modern analytical measurement systems, particularly GC- and LC-MS/MS systems. Key responsibilities include developing and validating new analysis methods, evaluating results according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards, and supporting departmental organization. The position also involves training and guiding colleagues. Required Skills
Education
Diploma or Master's degree in (Food) Chemistry, Food Technology, Oecotrophology, or comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience in instrumental analytics (ideally GC- and LC-MS/MS) outside of academic studies
- Experience with analytical laboratory processes, preferably in a service environment
- Experience with LIMS systems and common quality management standards (DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025)
