Job Summary

This role involves the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network components. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for installing and configuring workstations, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for daily monitoring, and resolving IT issues reported by users, thereby managing IT services. The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist in System Integration, along with knowledge of hardware and networking, and basic experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
