Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to the energy transition by ensuring the reliable operation of digital infrastructure within 50Hertz's datacenters. As a Datacenter Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, performing installations, maintenance, and upgrades of passive infrastructure, servers, storage, and network components. You will also manage cabling, maintain components, and collaborate closely with internal IT teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work independently while contributing to a critical infrastructure environment, including participation in on-call duties for emergencies.
