This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead in the semiconductor industry, focusing on building and maintaining transport systems for manufacturing automation. The successful candidate will lead a small team, performing electrical and mechanical assembly, initial testing, commissioning, and functional checks of systems in cleanroom environments. Key responsibilities include ensuring workplace safety as a qualified electrical specialist, documenting work steps, and actively collaborating with customers. Required Skills
Education
Recognized vocational training in an electrical engineering profession, or Industrial Master / Technician in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the installation of electrical components and systems
- Ability to cooperatively and motivatingly lead and develop a small team
- Professional experience in building transport systems for manufacturing automation
- Experience in defining, implementing, and executing work processes in projects
Languages
Additional
- Valid driver's license (PKW-Führerschein)
- Willingness to travel partially within Europe (desirable)
