Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Team Lead in Electrical Engineering, focusing on building transport systems for manufacturing automation within the semiconductor industry in Dresden. The successful candidate will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical assembly of components and systems according to technical drawings, often under cleanroom conditions. Key daily tasks include conducting initial tests, commissioning, and functional testing of systems until customer acceptance, as well as meticulous documentation. The role requires leading and developing a small team, ensuring occupational safety as the responsible electrical specialist, and actively defining and implementing project workflows. Candidates must possess a recognized electrical engineering qualification (or equivalent Master Craftsman/Technician degree), several years of experience in electrical component installation, and proficiency in German and English.
