Job Summary

This role involves providing critical onsite IT support for a leading German IT service provider, managing over 600,000 IT workstations globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of hardware, including desktops, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices, as well as performing software and network troubleshooting. Key responsibilities also include managing service requests through a ticketing system, setting up and dismantling workstations, and providing user training.
