Job Summary
This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and administration for schools and business clients of a leading telecommunications and internet service provider in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. The Field Service System Administrator will be responsible for the independent identification and documentation of system faults using a ticketing system, installing and customizing IT systems directly at the customer's location, and performing routine maintenance and administrative tasks. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or equivalent experience, comprehensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, and technical support experience with printers, IT peripherals, and networks. The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of customer and solution orientation, strong technical understanding, and excellent German language skills.
