Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for a leading European IT service provider, assisting their end customer, Infosys. Day-to-day tasks include resolving IT incidents and service requests, performing troubleshooting on various hardware like PCs, notebooks, and printers, and configuring and installing end devices. You will also support users with mobile devices, diagnose network issues, and perform IMAC services for client-side onsite support.
