Job Summary

This role involves hands-on IT support and hardware management for one of Germany's leading IT service providers. The Rollout Technician will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of various hardware components, conducting initial error analyses, and providing on-site support within the Baden-Württemberg region, which includes travel and occasional overnight stays. Key responsibilities also include user training and system instruction, as well as classifying and escalating IT issues. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, practical experience with IT rollouts and standard hardware, and strong knowledge of Windows 7/10 and MS Office.
