Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting end-users of Syensqo. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for handling first and second-level support tickets, setting up and configuring new hardware like PCs, laptops, and tablets, installing software according to specifications, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, practical experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and Google Suite, and strong communication skills.
