Job Summary
This Senior IT Support Expert role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance and system administration for a leading German engineering and IT service provider. Day-to-day, you will handle customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, manage and monitor various IT technologies including servers, clients, storage, network, and firewalls, and administer Windows and Linux systems.
