Job Summary
Join the Finance, Holdings, and Sports Department in Mainz as an SAP User Support Consultant, playing a crucial role in the city administration's digital transformation. You will provide first and second-level SAP support, manage projects in CO, PS, and FI modules, and coordinate specific job processing and documentation. This position involves system-technical support for financial planning, accounting, and electronic invoice processing, along with developing these systems. You will also coordinate and conduct SAP training and test new releases and updates. This role offers the opportunity to work on the SAP S/4HANA transition, fostering a collaborative environment with flexible work options and a focus on continuous professional development.
Required Skills
Education
One of the following: Qualification for civil service status A 11 LBesO in Administration and Finance; Completed Administrative Course II; Completed university degree with a focus on economics; Qualification for the second entry-level position in Administration and Finance with willingness to complete the advanced qualification for civil service status A 11 LBesO; Completed apprenticeship as an Administrative Assistant or Administrative Course I, with willingness to complete Administrative Course II.
Experience
- Professional experience with SAP financial software
- Openness for cross-thematic work in IT, organization, and finance
- Self-reliant and independent work
