Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive administration and support of the P&I LOGA payroll and human resources management system for the city of Mainz and other municipal administrations in Rhineland-Pfalz. Day-to-day tasks include performing payroll and salary accounting in compliance with regulations, providing technical support to HR specialists, managing customer requirements for software optimization, and conducting error analysis. The position also entails system optimization, quality assurance testing, and delivering user training and documentation. Required Skills
Education
• Qualification for civil service status A 11 LBesO in Administration and Finance, OR • Completed Administrative Course II, OR • Completed training as an Administrative Assistant or Administrative Course I, with willingness to participate in an employer-funded trainee program, OR • Completed university degree with a focus on Computer Science or Business Informatics, OR • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration or Application Development) or comparable IT profession with qualified further training in the mentioned areas, or willingness to participate in an employer-funded trainee program, OR • Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk or HR Services Clerk with at least two years of professional experience in the HR area, with willingness to participate in an employer-funded trainee program, OR • Completed university degree with several years of professional experience in the specified task area.
