Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive development and integration of E-drive components into vehicle architectures. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining technical specifications, selecting and managing suppliers, and ensuring seamless integration into the vehicle platform. Key responsibilities include leading requirement, change, and release management, analyzing work results to provide clear action plans, and planning and supervising application and homologation tests. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise in E-drive technologies, a passion for modern propulsion systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
