Job Summary

This role involves the development, design, and continuous optimization of industrial machinery and components. The Development Engineer will be responsible for planning, controlling, and executing development projects, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Key day-to-day tasks include technical design using modern construction principles, manufacturing processes, and standards, along with utilizing CAD, PLM, and simulation tools. A crucial aspect is identifying and managing technical and project-specific risks and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, including manufacturing, purchasing, and external partners. This position requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics and several years of experience in machine or plant development, coupled with strong technical understanding, an analytical approach, and a passion for innovation and optimization.
