This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing first and second-level support for the company's ERP system. The specialist will be the primary contact for internal colleagues, resolving issues independently or escalating complex cases. Key responsibilities include supporting system updates, testing, and new feature rollouts, as well as training users and creating practical instructions. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to optimize business processes. Ideal candidates will have an IT background, experience with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision), and a strong understanding of business processes across purchasing, production, logistics, and sales.
