Job Summary
This role is for a Master Electrician or Electrical Engineering Technician who will lead and develop a team, ensuring production targets are met in terms of schedule, quality, and quantity. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing retooling, modernization, and complex maintenance tasks, as well as documenting all activities. A key part of the role involves testing and commissioning systems while adhering to quality standards, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental measures, including maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational-technical training as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or similar, supplemented by further training as a Technician / Master (Meister) or a comparable qualification. Additional qualification as an Electrical Specialist is desirable but not mandatory.
Experience
- Professional experience in assembly, preferably in the automotive, vehicle manufacturing, or mechanical engineering industries
- Experience in employee leadership
- Willingness to work in shifts
