Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician or Lab Assistant with a passion for food and a strong sense of responsibility to join a team in Altenberge (near Münster). Day-to-day, the professional will be involved in the instrumental analysis of MOSH and MOAH in food, consumer goods, and cosmetics using LC-GC-FID, including sample preparation, measurement, and evaluation. There will also be opportunities to contribute to other chromatography areas (GC & HPLC) as needed. Key responsibilities include calibrating, validating, and reviewing analytical methods according to operational guidelines and standard operating procedures, as well as executing quality management measures like raw data controls and handling complaints. The ideal candidate will have a background as a chemical laboratory technician or similar, ideally with professional experience, knowledge of chromatographic analysis, strong technical understanding, and good IT skills.
