Join Bayer's dynamic Bioprocess Solutions team in Leverkusen as a Bench Scientist in Industrial Biocatalysis. In this role, you will contribute to an international, cross-divisional biotechnology project focused on developing innovative enzymatic solutions for modern industrial processes. Your day-to-day will involve designing and executing scientific experiments, evaluating and developing enzymatic solutions for cost reduction and novel biosynthetic approaches, and collaborating closely with diverse international teams across data science, analytics, biotechnology, chemistry, engineering, and production. This position is ideal for a PhD-level scientist with strong expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, biocatalysis, and analytical methods, who thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment and seeks to make a tangible impact on sustainable solutions for health and agriculture.
