Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the optimal functionality and occupancy of PC pools and IT systems, including printers and copiers, for teaching operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining user software for teaching and research, and managing over 5,000 user accounts. Key duties include supporting faculty in designing and conducting courses, setting up exercise materials, configuring lab environments, and deploying necessary server systems. Additionally, the role entails independently managing e-learning platforms, advising students on hardware and software issues, and monitoring new IT developments to integrate them into teaching and research. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or IT Specialist with excellent knowledge
