The IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous development of the central server and system infrastructure, encompassing both Windows and Linux environments. Required Skills
Education
University of Applied Sciences degree (Diploma [FH] or Bachelor) in Computer Science OR Vocational training with an IT focus (e.g., IT Specialist for Application Development or System Integration, Technical System Informatics Specialist, IT System Salesperson, IT System Electronics Technician) OR Civil servant with a qualification for the general higher administrative service or for the higher technical service as an IT specialist.
Experience
- Professional experience in server administration, virtualization, and IT security
- Experience with Windows and Linux systems
- Experience with network fundamentals, backup, and recovery solutions
- Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in information technology (for vocational training graduates)
- Minimum six years of relevant professional experience in information technology (for career changers)

Additional
- Valid Class B driving license; Willingness for occasional business trips; Willingness to undergo an extended security clearance (Ü2); Willingness to participate in on-call duty as needed.
