Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Support Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their technical issues and inquiries. The specialist will be responsible for quickly receiving and processing problem reports, performing remote maintenance, installing server updates, and configuring firewalls and telecommunication systems. Key responsibilities include monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues. The ideal candidate is a patient, resilient team player with strong technical expertise in IT systems, capable of working under pressure and maintaining a calm, structured approach. Required Skills

Education

Certified IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Specialist, or comparable qualification/knowledge

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or a comparable role
  • Initial experience with Microsoft Server, Microsoft Clients, security, and backup is advantageous
  • Experience with modern monitoring and ticketing systems
