This role is for a dedicated IT Technician passionate about bringing order to complex IT systems and supporting clients in their digital transformation. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of IT systems and devices, from installation and configuration to maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. Key tasks include handling incidents, service requests, change requests, performing rollouts, IT relocations, and migrations, often directly on-site at customer locations around Warendorf. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and a friendly demeanor, ensuring reliable IT operations for clients and contributing to their digital progress.
