Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd-level IT support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technical issues. The specialist will handle support requests via phone, email, or in-person, focusing on diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems within Microsoft and Citrix environments. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and applications, as well as training employees on IT system usage. The position also requires meticulous documentation of support tickets and processes, and active participation in various IT projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Business Management Assistant, or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT, or a comparable field
Experience

- Experience with common support tools and ticketing systems
